• The Reporting & Analytics Specialist / PowerBI Developer will play a key role in establishing a modern data and analytics capability within the organization, leveraging Power BI and the Microsoft Fabric technology stack. This is a greenfield role, requiring a strategic thinker who can assess business needs, evaluate the current architecture, and define a future-state architecture and roadmap. The role will also be responsible for setting up demand management processes and an effective delivery model to ensure data-driven decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Assess the current data architecture, data sources, and reporting landscape.
• Define and propose a scalable and future-proof target architecture using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for implementing data and analytics solutions.
• Establish a demand management process to prioritize and align reporting initiatives with business objectives.
• Define and implement a delivery model for analytics solutions, ensuring governance, quality, and efficiency.
• Design and build intuitive, high-impact Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Advocate for best practices in data visualization, data modeling, and self-service analytics.
• Work closely with IT, data teams, and business users to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide training, documentation, and communication to enable business users to leverage reporting tools effectively.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in setting up data governance, demand management, and reporting processes.
• Strong presentation and training skills to support user adoption
• Deep expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake, etc.).
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise data architectures and analytics solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable and maintainable reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance
