DATAGROUP Polska Sp. z o.o. is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to support our ongoing technology refresh and migration initiatives. This is a mid-level position offering remote flexibility and the opportunity to work on forward-looking IT projects that involve modernizing legacy systems and migrating to cloud and open-source platforms.

responsibilities :

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to support business decision-making.
Transform raw data into meaningful insights through Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports by implementing robust validation and testing procedures.
Optimize performance of Power BI solutions and troubleshoot issues related to data connectivity and report rendering.
Contribute to the conceptual design of reporting solutions and data models.
Work independently to manage reporting tasks and deliverables within project timelines.
Maintain and enhance existing Power BI solutions based on evolving business needs.
Support integration of data from PostgreSQL, Python-based ETL pipelines, and other sources.
Document reporting processes, data flows, and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

requirements-expected :

Good knowledge and several years of practical experience with Microsoft Power BI
Solid skills in Power Query and SQL
GUI development experience is desirable
Strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently
Experience in conceptual work
Excellent understanding of data
Independent and structured working style
Experience with Postgres and Python is an advantage
Very good command of English, both spoken and written
