Power BI Developer

Your responsibilities

• Participating in the technical implementation and full-scale migration to Power BI
• Define architectural standards, data modeling guidelines, and reporting design patterns
• Conduct gap analyses between platforms and propose technical solutions to bridge functionality gaps
• Provide ongoing technical mentorship, perform code reviews, and guide Power BI developers
• Ensure adherence to best practices, performance tuning, and code quality standards
• Own the technical quality and success of Power BI dashboards and reports throughout the project lifecycle

Our requirements

• 3+ years experience with Power BI, including advanced report development, data modeling, and DAX
• Proven ability to lead BI system migrations or deployments
• Comprehensive understanding of Power BI architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform detailed feature gap analyses
• Other BI tools (Microstrategy preffered)
