PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: banking
• Location: hybrid work (1 day a week from the office in Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Gdynia)
• Remuneration: up to about 110 PLN/H net + VAT
• Start: ASAP (to be agreed)
• Project duration: long term

The purpose of the job is to assist in generating meaningful data-driven insights for our team and platform operations. Analyze and extract metrics data from various systems, workspaces and portals and use them to create presentations, reports and dashboards related to team performance (KPIs), system metrics and others.

• 3-5 years of experience in a data-related or business intelligence position.
• A degree in data analytics, computer science, or similar.
• Proficiency in data mining, business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), data processing frameworks, and report writing.
• A working understanding up to professional proficiency of automation and database management.
• Able to leverage different ETL technologies, such as SQL, APIs, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for data.
• Problem-solving mindset and bigger-picture view of information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
