• Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards, enabling selfservice analytics for teams
• Creating data models using diverse medical (internal & external) data sources/tables, supporting the development of medical-specific dashboards in Power BI using DAX and other visualization methods (e.g., Python)
• Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to ensure the right data is captured and displayed in a user-friendly, self-service format
• Connecting various medical data sources, importing and transforming data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Designing, developing and deploying analytical solutions, with a focus on supporting decision-making and reporting
• Building Analysis Services reporting models to enhance reporting accuracy and provide scalable solutions
• Monitoring data quality to ensure integrity in global medical data reporting and consistency across teams
• Promoting self-service capabilities by optimizing dashboards and reports for intuitive use, reducing reliance on technical teams for routine data exploration
• Collaborating with medical teams to ensure reports and dashboards
• are tailored to their specific needs, improving reporting and analytics

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analystics and Business Intelligence
• Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard creation and data modeling.
• Proficient in DAX with experience building advanced calculations.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Experience working and delivering in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical (PHARMA) industry.
• Proven experience managing vendors and external data service providers.
