We are seeking an individual to join Medical Reporting & Analytics team and play a key role in the development of regular and ad-hoc metrics reports for Medical stakeholders. In this position, you will ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports while leveraging your technical expertise to automate reporting processes within Medical tools and Microsoft Office programs.
responsibilities :
Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards, enabling selfservice analytics for teams
Creating data models using diverse medical (internal & external) data sources/tables, supporting the development of medical-specific dashboards in Power BI using DAX and other visualization methods (e.g., Python)
Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to ensure the right data is captured and displayed in a user-friendly, self-service format
Connecting various medical data sources, importing and transforming data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Designing, developing and deploying analytical solutions, with a focus on supporting decision-making and reporting
Building Analysis Services reporting models to enhance reporting accuracy and provide scalable solutions
Monitoring data quality to ensure integrity in global medical data reporting and consistency across teams
Promoting self-service capabilities by optimizing dashboards and reports for intuitive use, reducing reliance on technical teams for routine data exploration
Collaborating with medical teams to ensure reports and dashboards are tailored to their specific needs, improving reporting and analytics
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in Data Analystics and Business Intelligence
Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard creation and data modeling.
Proficient in DAX with experience building advanced calculations.
Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
Experience working and delivering in a global, matrixed organization.
Experience in the pharmaceutical (PHARMA) industry.
Proven experience managing vendors and external data service providers
