Contract type: Contract of mandate (extendable)

Employment period: Temporary project (6-9 months) with possibility of extension

We are looking for a person for the position of BIM Specialist / Specialist ( with a focus on BIM modeling) , who will join our team for the duration of projects lasting from 6 to 9 months with the prospect of permanent employment.

About the role:

Your main tasks will focus on advanced modeling in Autodesk Revit - with a particular emphasis on creating, developing and standardizing the library of objects used in telecommunications projects. We are looking for someone with solid experience working in Revit - someone who is familiar with the tool and can create optimized, thoughtful family objects. If you have experience working with Revit, are comfortable with the digital design environment and care about the quality of your models - perhaps this ad is for you!

Your responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop and maintain a library of BIM models in Autodesk Revit with a particular focus on elements in the telecommunications industry (e.g. towers, masts, antennas).
• BIM modeling and data management.
• Prepare and generate documentation based on the model.
• Develop IFC-compliant models.
• Working closely with other project participants.
• Collaborate with the R&D team in developing new BIM and AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with Autodesk Revit at an intermediate or advanced level (min. 1 year of experience in a similar position)
• Familiarity with IFC format and a general understanding of OpenBIM standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Self-reliance, good work organization and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn new things and ability to work with spatial data.
• Interest in technological development in the AEC industry and BIM technology.

Welcome:

• Familiarity with Dynamo (or other similar tool) for automating the modeling process.
