Your Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service (supporting Portuguese clients)
- Building up positive relationships with customers
- Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Providing explanations for customer complaints (both written and by phone)
- Monitoring the situation on financial markets
- Working with the CRM system (verification and completion of clients’ data)
- Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Our Requirements
- Portuguese language – native or proficiency level required
- Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize, and close tasks quickly
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Additional (advantageous):
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
