Close collaboration with local portfolio teams, to ensure alignment on project evaluations. Manage of Porfolio systems, ePPKA and eFeasibility, both in systems updates/adaptations, data validation as well as providing guidelines on systems to users. **Your responsibilities:*** Manage new global product opportunities, confirming with local teams on interest, forecasts and taking care of Business Case consolidations to support strategic portfolio decisions.* Lead ideation and screening for Rx portfolio, fueling project opportunities for global evaluation.* Maintain and continiously improve global portfolio management processes. Implement changes in portfolio systems for project nominations & management, managing alignment with systems stakeholders on all updates and prioritizing changes (must have/nice to have).* Responsible for managing alignment with local portfolio team and other stakeholders, ensuring streamlined evaluations and robustness of local opportunities, as well as compliance with governance processes.* Analyse and report on Polpharma Group portfolio data, secure uniformity, robustness and validity of data in portfolio management systems.* Management and preparation of Monthly Portfolio meetings. University degree, preferably in life sciences/pharmaceutical science/business management or other related areas.* At least 5 years of experience in portfolio management, project management or related areas.* Understanding R&D development and in-licensing value chain.* Knowledge from European pharmaceutical generics market, knowledge from markets outside of Europe an advantage.* Experience in business processes both commercial and development, market analytics, forecasting and developing business cases.* Familiarity with Project and Pipeline Tools and systems. Pipeline data analytics* Fluent English* Excellent communication skills
