For our client, the Poznań branch of an international company, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:
Portfolio Management Lead
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit.
- Supervisory experience, including providing direction, coaching,
performance management, and work review. - Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guarantee the precise and prompt documentation and reporting of portfolio outcomes.
- Guide the creation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring they are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Sustain the internal control system, engage in the yearly internal control certification, and coordinate the units activities for both external and internal audits.
- Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Supervise the portfolio team (5 members), including planning, training, and development.
- Drive process enhancements and automation within the portfolio team.
