responsibilities :
Provide governance support to the unit, assisting leaders with organizational tasks and ensuring alignment with company-wide strategies
Oversee and track the progress of initiatives within the agile framework, synchronize with the overall company roadmap, and create dashboards, presentations, and status updates to showcase progress
Collaborate with product management, relationship and client service stakeholders to identify success metrics and implement dashboards that deliver actionable insights
Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and other stakeholders, monitor risks, and develop contingency plans to address challenges or schedule adjustments
Organize regular updates on initiative progress, set priorities, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals
Collaborating with other teams within the organization to acquire and monitor data describing the progress of initiatives
Building a culture of data utilization to support decision-making processes, team development, and individual growth
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years in project or program management, with knowledge of governance and roadmap tracking
Ability to monitor progress, manage risks, and create clear dashboards, status updates, and executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Strong teamwork skills, fluency in spoken and written English, and confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders
Experience in setting priorities, aligning initiatives with company goals, and ensuring progress
Ability to identify risks, create backup plans, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
Knowledge of agile work methodologies, their impact on organizational structure, team operations, and process development
Ability to work based on goals and values, with independence and proactivity in proposing solutions
Ability to create communication plans with stakeholders to support achieving objectives and unit development
