Responsibilities
- Coordinate the process of nomination, evaluation, and analysis of OTC/Rx product ideas in collaboration with team members and internal stakeholders.
- Support the team in project evaluation, preparation of market analyses, and long‑term sales forecasts.
- Oversee the preparation of business cases and take responsibility for presenting them to the Management Board.
- Collaborate with project teams and monitor the progress of projects within the portfolio.
- Track market trends and initiate contacts with external experts.
- Assist in implementing the product portfolio development strategy in line with the direction set by the Management Board.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher education – preferred fields: Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in areas such as Marketing, Business Development, or R&D.
- Experience in team management.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Innovation and creativity.
- Strong focus on cross‑functional collaboration.
- Accuracy, diligence, attention to detail, and assertiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, SharePoint) and pharmaceutical databases.
- Good command of English.
