Coordinate the introduction of new clients to the web-based platform by validating readiness criteria, overseeing setup activities, and ensuring smooth transition into production use.
Provide functional and technical assistance to users of the digital portal, including troubleshooting system-related issues and supporting day-to-day usage questions.
Deliver onboarding walkthroughs, demonstrations, and training sessions for newly activated clients, occasionally supporting implementation phases directly at client locations.
Manage access administration activities such as account provisioning, modifications, and reconciliation of user permissions.
Act as a liaison between business, operations, IT, and product stakeholders to support platform enhancements, releases, and change initiatives.
Review incoming client inquiries, clarify analytical or functional concerns, and coordinate with internal operational teams when escalation or subject-matter consultation is required.
Participate in project discussions, working groups, and stakeholder meetings related to onboarding initiatives, new functionalities, or process improvements.
requirements-expected :
3–4 years of experience at similar position gained within financial institutions, securities services, banking, or similar environments.
Fluency in both Spanish and English, enabling daily interaction with clients across European and Latin American markets.
Strong analytical orientation with the ability to diagnose system or process issues and propose structured solutions.
Exposure to client onboarding, digital platforms, web applications, or client-facing financial systems will be considered advantageous.
Highly developed communication and stakeholder-coordination skills, including the ability to operate across multiple teams and international locations.
Organized, deadline-driven working style with the capacity to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a dynamic, evolving environment.
