- Fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)
- Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer engineering
- Comfortable with hardware, software, connectivity issues or eager to learn fast
- Structured thinking, clear communication, and a service-first mindset
