We are currently looking for a Polish-speaking Marketing Optimization Specialist to join Cognizants multilingual team in Lisbon. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for AdWords campaign optimization, supporting high-value advertising clients and helping them achieve the best performance on their campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Implement optimization solutions and build AdWords campaigns for high-value customers
- Create keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations
- Gather and analyze data at account and campaign level
- Create reports to support optimization strategies
- Use optimization techniques aligned with clients goals across Search, GSN, Mobile, and YouTube
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and support sales teams in client discussions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Account Leads
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in digital marketing, client service, or account management
- Google Ads certification preferred
- Experience working in a B2B digital environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and processes
- A proactive, quality-focused, and collaborative mindset

- Salary: 23,000 + meal allowance (7.63/day) + transport (720) + 5% annual bonus
