Overview

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break) on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday

Your Role

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they get the most out of our services and tools.
  • Providing support via phone, email, and chat to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Assisting users with self-service solutions and helping them reach their goals
  • Offering both pre- and post-sales support across our product suite
  • Delivering clear guidance on how to use digital tools efficiently
  • Spotting common trends or issues and supporting improvements
  • Representing the customers voice by sharing feedback with internal teams
