Overview
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break) on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
Your Role
- As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they get the most out of our services and tools.
- Providing support via phone, email, and chat to answer questions and resolve issues
- Assisting users with self-service solutions and helping them reach their goals
- Offering both pre- and post-sales support across our product suite
- Delivering clear guidance on how to use digital tools efficiently
- Spotting common trends or issues and supporting improvements
- Representing the customers voice by sharing feedback with internal teams

What Were Looking For
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) and strong English skills (C1)
