Polish Speaking Customer Client Support in Sunny Greece - Fully Paid Relocation
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in Polish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor
Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring they have an outstanding experience
Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for reporting and follow-up
Proactively suggest improvements based on customer feedback
Participate in team initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Fluency in Polish and working proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Prior experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable
Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset
Effective problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully immerse in a new culture
