Polish Speaking Customer Client Support Specialist in sunny Greece with fully paid relocation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Polish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor
- Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring they have an outstanding experience
- Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for reporting and follow-up
- Proactively suggest improvements based on customer feedback
- Participate in team initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and working proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset
- Effective problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully immerse in a new culture
