We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Polish-speaking Customer Service Agent in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Polish-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.



Location: Lisbon, Portugal



Relocation package included for those applying outside Portugal



Work type: On-site



Requirements:

1. Polish C2 level
2. English B2 level
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
4. Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)
7. No previous experience required.
