Your focus will be on improving client experiences, supporting both pre-and post-sales efforts, and sharing success stories that highlight our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide personalized solutions.
2. Use a consultative sales approach to help clients meet their objectives.
3. Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth.
4. Prioritize outreach based on the unique needs of each client.
5. Research markets, industries, and business models to gain valuable insights.
6. Leverage local business knowledge to create tailored advertising solutions.
7. Offer personalized recommendations to meet client needs.
8. Improve client experiences by promoting effective product use and performance evaluation.
9. Become an expert in client advertising solutions and their impact.
10. Stay committed to continuous learning to enhance advertising products and customer experiences.
11. Provide pre-and post-sales support in your area of expertise.
12. Identify trends, resolve issues, and offer valuable product feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Polish (C2 level).
2. Fluent in English (C1 level).
3. At least one year of experience in sales or marketing.
4. EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
5. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
6. Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising.
7. Eager to learn and grow within the industry.
