Polish & German-Speaking Action Coordinator - Work in Ghent, Belgium

As a multilingual Action Coordinator , youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled support during breakdown situations, leaving a lasting impression of satisfaction with our brand.

This is a hybrid role with onsite components in Ghent, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary liaison between customers, drivers, and dealers to swiftly resolve breakdown issues and facilitate vehicle uptime.
2. Manage breakdown cases across Europe, communicating fluently in the customers native language and efficiently navigating designated systems for essential information.
3. Prioritize customer needs and adhere to established breakdown processes with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
5. Foster a positive, proactive attitude, continually striving to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
6. Embrace a culture of continuous learning, supporting team development and sharing knowledge.
7. Maintain flexibility to work within a rotational shift system.

Requirements:

1. Customer-centric mindset with a positive outlook and strong communication abilities.
2. Motivated to excel and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
3. For this position, one (either number 1 or number 2) of the following language combinations is required:
4. Highly proficient in English with at least two of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, German. Other Eastern European languages are considered a plus.
5. Highly proficient in English with the knowledge of French, German, and Dutch (all four languages).
6. Willingness to adapt to a flexible shift schedule.
