What we expect

• minimum 2 years of experience in: Document Management/Administration, Records Management, Governance, Compliance, or related fields
• professional English fluency (B2/C1 minimum)
• advanced knowledge of MS Office tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
• experience in using AI technology (Copilot, ChatGPT and simmilar) will be an asset
• excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Your tasks

• maintain and govern the global Policy Platform: ensure timely policy documents reviews and updates, control mechanisms, and effective communication across stakeholders
• partner with process owners to drive improvements, standardization, and resolution of documentation-related issues.
• data cleansing and standarization
• deliver ad hoc data analyses to support decision-making processes
