Job Overview:
We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Warsaw, Poland . This is an onsite position, so you will be working from our office in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have B2-level English proficiency . Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not essential—training will be provided. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and assisting Spanish-speaking clients in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide top-tier customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s web services to offer accurate support and assistance to customers.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders, and support them with any web service-related inquiries.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support to customers, guiding them through our digital platforms (training provided).
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to solve customer issues and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish: Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
- B2 English Proficiency: A solid command of English for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required. We are ready to train the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Self-Motivation: As this is an onsite role, the candidate must be comfortable working in the office environment and collaborating with team members.

Note: Only candidates who are eligible to work in Poland will be considered. Student visas are not accepted for this role.
Relocation:
No relocation support will be provided. Candidates must already be residing in Warsaw or the surrounding area.
