Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the annual brand strategy for the Polish market based on overall brand objectives and local consumer insights. This includes planning the yearly brand activity calendar, brand content development, media collaboration, and cross‑channel integration plans.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for product launches, plan and lead new product campaigns, and drive the implementation of integrated marketing projects within the Polish market to achieve both brand and business goals.
  • Oversee brand image planning and implementation, including copy adaptation, visual ideation, and campaign development aligned with marketing strategies, product positioning, and key selling points relevant to the Polish consumer.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, manage influencer partnerships and local collaborations on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, analyze market and consumer insights, and adjust content strategies to maximize local relevance and engagement.
  • Collect and analyze local market intelligence including Polish consumer preferences, competitive marketing activities, and regional marketing best practices, providing actionable reports and recommendations to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Major is open; a background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); professional proficiency in Polish is required. Strong cross‑cultural communication skills are essential.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing communications, or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in brand strategy development and execution.
  • Passionate about Polish and European culture, digitally savvy, and familiar with local and international social media platforms, trends, and content consumption habits in Poland.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused; strong analytical thinking and comprehension skills, with the ability to synthesize information and collaborate effectively across local and international teams.
