As a PMS Software Implementation Specialist at Planet, youll play a crucial role in providing consulting services for our hotel customers, installing their systems and training their teams. With the skills we provide through comprehensive training, youll troubleshoot issues efficiently and guide our customers on maximizing their software usage.

What will you do:

1. Implement our property management (PMS) and payments products, leveraging the hotel industry experience that you bring with you and the IT knowledge that we train you in.
2. Take ownership of customer inquiries, making decisions independently and assuming responsibility.
3. Communicate articulately and maintain a friendly tone, even in high-pressure situations.
4. Uphold a customer-centric approach, consistently striving to deliver exceptional service.
5. Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Who you are:

1. You have a passion for learning. We will bring in-depth training for this role, and you will bring your customer and hotel experience.
2. Knowledge of German and English on min. C1 level.
3. Possess friendly, polite, and respectful manners, with excellent communication skills, demonstrating a strong service orientation towards our customers.
4. Display a keen affinity for IT and a willingness to embrace new technologies, coupled with logical and analytical thinking for effective problem-solving.
5. Work independently with a structured and organized approach, while also being proactive in driving solutions and improvements.
6. Uphold a sense of responsibility and reliability in all tasks, operating with honesty, loyalty, and integrity at all times.
7. Demonstrate critical thinking abilities, contributing to a helpful work environment and maintaining a strong awareness of quality standards.
8. Collaborate effectively within a team environment, projecting self-confidence and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and business partners.
