responsibilities :
Supporting the delivery of complex global change portfolios by managing project data and forecasts for CTO infrastructure and resources
Managing operational and system administration tasks, acting as the primary contact for portfolio reporting and analysis
Ensuring compliance with established Clarity and BTF processes and best practices in project management
Engaging stakeholders to capture, document, and maintain plan and forecast data in corporate tools
Managing and maintaining data on major risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio
Preparing portfolio reports, quality procedures, audits, and status updates as required
Encouraging collaboration and cohesion among teams to improve delivery cycles and resolve project challenges
Articulating complex project planning requirements to drive the portfolio toward effective solutions
Working under tight deadlines while managing expectations of key stakeholders
Applying a solid understanding of portfolio and project management methodologies to streamline processes
