Project scope:

• Collaborating closely with top management and project managers (PMs), particularly on German/English-language projects
• Conducting surveys, compiling statistics, and supporting pre-sales efforts
• Preparing and analyzing Excel reports
• Taking minutes during various meetings and ensuring accurate documentation
• Organizing meetings and coordinating schedules for others
• Performing data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy

Competence demands:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO roles, supporting project and portfolio management in a corporate or IT environment
• Fluent English and German
• Customer-focused attitude with exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong self-management abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure
• An analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE II, or ITIL 
• Experience with tools like Power BI and Microsoft Flow
