For our Client from the banking sector, we are currently looking for an experienced PMO Specialist in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź and Warsaw, who will support multiple projects within a complex and dynamic environment.

responsibilities :
Support workstream leads and project managers in coordinating approximately 11–12 parallel projects
Facilitate risk and issue management in cooperation with the Risk Manager
Manage project dependencies together with the Dependency Manager
Provide financial management support, including project budgeting and cost tracking
Prepare and manage progress reporting within PPM and to PMO
Maintain Jira (L1, L2, L3 support), including:
Updating milestone statuses
Collecting and validating milestone closure evidence
Handle change requests and ensure proper evidence tracking for PMO
Maintain risk documentation (including CRMA/QRA) and manage dependency updates for PMO
Support onboarding of new resources at the workstream level
Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to project governance
requirements-expected :
Experience in Project Management or PMO role
PMO / Project Management certification (Prince2, PMI, or equivalent)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with a large number of stakeholders in complex environments
Advanced skills in data presentation and reporting (Excel, Jira, PowerPoint)
Experience in project budgeting and cost control
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good understanding of PMO processes and project support activities
