We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Specialist to join and support the formation of our DevX Standards & Controls team. This role is critical in establishing project management standards, governance, and delivery excellence across strategic engineering initiatives. You will help define structures and processes that enable efficient, consistent delivery, with a strong focus on integrated reporting, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.

responsibilities :
Establish and maintain project management standards, frameworks, and best practices across the DevX organization
Work with Product Owner and Product Manager to coordinate planning, tracking, and reporting of cross-team initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate status reporting, KPI tracking, RAIDs, and insights to leadership and stakeholders
Support integration of project governance, controls, and quality assurance into DevX processes
Monitor risks and issues, drive resolution actions, and escalate where appropriate
Facilitate communication, alignment, and decision-making across multiple teams and functions
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and knowledge repositories

Experience in PMO, project coordination, or project delivery support roles
Experience working within a global organization and with globally distributed development teams (financial sector experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of project management and governance practices (Agile environment)
Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, dashboards)
