Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in organisational change management
- Experience in leading impact assessments, change planning and delivering change activities
- Experience in senior stakeholder management
- Experience in project management
- Experience in financial services, technology and risk management

Tasks Waiting For You
- Providing best practice insight into service transition and organisational change management
- Maintaining and continuously improving the service and business transition plan
- Proactively assisting Project Managers/Programme management, the Line Organisation and Business to transition activities, taking responsibility for specific projects
- Leading change impact assessments and developing change management plans for deliverables
- Achieving stakeholder alignment
- Producing transition materials
- Support the handover process for the programme to become a function under the line
- Maintaining the reporting overviews (execution tables) for all Business Areas
- Communicating overall service and business transition progress to key stakeholders inside and outside of the programme, e.g., workstream leadership, SPOCs, COOs, BCIOs etc.
