Project scope:
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements
- Managing customer change requests independently, including consulting, development, and deployment
- Designing and testing various software and technical solutions
- Serving as the primary point of contact, offering guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Enhancing system efficiency by consulting with end-users and delivering innovative solutions
- Training end-users on hardware functionalities and software applications
Competence demands:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO roles, supporting project and portfolio management in a corporate or IT environment
- Fluent English (written & spoken); German is a plus
- Experience in project governance, including budget tracking, risk management, and reporting
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively with project teams and management
- Capacity to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic, Agile-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI & Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are a plus
