responsibilities :
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements
Managing customer change requests independently, including consulting, development, and deployment
Designing and testing various software and technical solutions
Serving as the primary point of contact, offering guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Enhancing system efficiency by consulting with end-users and delivering innovative solutions
Training end-users on hardware functionalities and software applications
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO roles, supporting project and portfolio management in a corporate or IT environment
Fluent English (written & spoken); German is a plus
Experience in project governance, including budget tracking, risk management, and reporting
Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively with project teams and management
Capacity to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic, Agile-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
