We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join a global and well-known pharmaceutical company. The Project Coordinator role sits within the Human Biological Sample (HBS) Transformation Program team in R&D. You will support the transformation, program, project and workstream teams to aid successful planning and delivery of this exciting and fast-paced program of transformational goals.

Estimated duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Provide professionally-focused support for multiple projects and workstreams in the HBST Team
• End-to-end coordination of project and program meetings and workshops with global stakeholders from around the business
• Support travel arrangements
• Coordinate and support the project team to prepare for project governance, reporting and presentation events
• Keep the team members in order! Ensure all project documentation is stored consistently and logically (SPOL/Teams/Smartsheets)
• Uses intuition and expertise and creative problem-solving to drive simplification and standardisation of information dissemination and capture
• Support Project Managers with the creation and maintenance of project documentation

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience on a similar role
• Relevant project coordination and/or administrative experience
• Experience working in a very fast-paced global environment
• Pharmaceutical experience in nice to have
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision Strong organisation, inter-personal and planning skills, with attention to detail Able to use independent judgement and discretion when required.
• Ability to format documents for a consistent, professional appearance
• Experience with a variety of virtual meeting technologies, information management software and Microsoft products such as Teams, OneNote, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
