Your responsibilities
Our requirements
Experience:
•Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking)
•Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health)
•Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting)
•Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up)
•Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)
•Risk Management
The ideal candidate has also experience:
•Able to communicate effectively and drive follow up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Desirable Requirements:
•You have worked as PMO Specialist on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 yrs
•You have a deep understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling
•PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
•Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
•Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools
