PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: banking
• Location: hybrid work (1 day a week from the office in Gdańsk/Gdynia)
• Remuneration: up to 95 PLN/H net + VAT

We seek a PMO Specialist to play a critical role in bridging the gap between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management. Your expertise will enable the successful delivery of Projects, Programs, and Agile Release Trains.

• At least 2 years of experience as a PMO Specialist in medium to large-scale projects, Hubs, or Programs.
• Solid understanding of financial processes, including cost estimation, accruals creation, and invoice handling.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.
• Proficient in using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools.
• A PMI certification or equivalent PMO/Project Management qualification is preferred.
