The Project Management Competency Center is expanding its PMO team. We are looking for PMO Specialists skilled in AI and chatbot solutions to support strategic initiatives in the banking industry. As part of our Consulting Services organization, you will work at the heart of growth, digital transformation, and customer-focused change.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project execution within the assigned portfolio, including resource planning and utilization tracking
• Verify financial KPIs for projects in the portfolio
• Track project progress, including milestone monitoring
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal project execution methodologies
• Provide support in organizing status meetings and maintaining communication with stakeholders
• Review and analyze project risks to ensure profitability and secure project delivery
• Present audit results and recommendations to business stakeholders
• Develop recommendations and corrective actions for project managers, including change management strategies
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and cost estimation
• Contribute to knowledge management processes covering key phases of the project lifecycle (sales and delivery)

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in AI, including AI-driven solutions, chatbot technologies, or automation
• At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably within the banking sector
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, and quality assurance systems
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and assertiveness skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Confluence, Teams, Jira)
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, engagement, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Fluent English
• Residency in Poland, with willingness to attend the Client’s office in Krakow once per quarter
