Hello,

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the countrys oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for a PMO / Project Manager (Banking sector).

Responsibilities

Meeting Coordination: Participate in daily project meetings and workshops involving cross-functional teams such as IT, operations, compliance, product, and legal.
Documentation & Tracking: Take meeting notes, record critical decisions, and monitor task execution.
Dependency Management: Identify interdependencies across workstreams, elevate risks, issues, and ambiguities to relevant decision-makers.
Reporting & Presentation: Create clear and professional slides, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Schedule Support: Help maintain and update the project timeline and action logs.
Communication & Follow-up: Ensure timely delivery of tasks by maintaining regular contact with internal stakeholders and external partners, resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years in project-based roles or within a PMO (Project Management Office).
Organizational Skills: Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; excellent multitasking and time management capabilities.
Analytical Thinking: Quick learner with the ability to connect dots across topics and extract key insights.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating high-quality presentations; solid Excel knowledge is also required.
English and Polish Fluency: Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

Industry Background: Experience in banking projects.
Data Visualization: Ability to build dashboards and visual reports to enhance progress tracking and stakeholder engagement.
