• We are looking for a PMO professional to support our program, focusing on system development and the deployment. This role combines project coordination, communication and team support.

• Support the Delivery Manager by coordinating delivery team activities and maintaining the project schedule
• Define project schedules together with the Delivery Lead
• Maintain project communications and documentation processes
• Prepare and lead team meetings, including Retrospectives
• Follow up on tasks across the Core Team and with vendors
• Work proactively and self-organized
• Identify internal customer needs, collect metadata, evaluate and archive legacy documents

• Fluent English language: B2/C1
• About 3 years of PMO experience
• Experience with Trello, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Power BI, MS Office
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Experience in international environments
• IPMA Student certification (International Project Management Association, 88/2022/IS)
