We are looking for a Senior PMO Professional with extensive knowledge of project-based and SAFe-based methodologies, specializing in optimizing processes and bringing efficiency to how PMO services are delivered.

Meet the Technology PMO Services team. Our role is to enable and support the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the organization by ensuring efficient project and program management practices, standardization and optimization of processes.

What you’ll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Optimizing PMO services: Analyze and refine existing PMO processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability while aligning with organizational goals.
  • Standardizing methodologies: Implement best practices in project and program management, integrating both traditional project-based and SAFe-based methodologies.
  • Driving process improvements: Identify opportunities for process enhancement across the PMO, focusing on delivering measurable results in quality and performance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, program managers, and leadership, to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Establishing performance metrics: Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of PMO services and implemented improvements.
  • Mentoring and guiding the team: Provide strategic direction and support for team members to achieve a high-performing PMO function.

  • Adaptable and open to change, capable of managing complex challenges and handling resistance to new initiatives.

Your background and skills include:

  • Extensive PMO experience: At least 5 years working in the PMO field, with proven success in project and program management.
  • Process optimization expertise: A minimum of 2 years focusing on optimizing and standardizing processes, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
  • Methodology knowledge: In-depth understanding of both project-based methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
  • Technical and analytical skills: Experience with PMO tools, metrics, and reporting systems to track and measure performance improvements.
  • Educational qualifications: A relevant degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Certifications in PMO, Lean Six Sigma, or SAFe are a plus.
