Your seniority, drive, expertise, and fresh insights are warmly welcomed to complement our shared journey.” - Anne Hänninen, Director, Business Hub Wroclaw**What you will do*** Be responsible for Project Management Office (PMO) establishment enabling end to end efficiency and digitalization in UPM Business Hub Wroclaw* Collaborate with key stakeholders, leaders and experts to create development roadmaps with meaningful impact* Seek out opportunities to improve performance and overall effectiveness cross business areas and functions and ensuring visibility to strategic priorities* Develop learning and adaptability to build a culture of continuous innovation.
