What You Will Do
- Be responsible for Project Management Office (PMO) establishment enabling end‑to‑end efficiency and digitalisation in UPM Business Hub Wroclaw.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create development roadmaps with meaningful impact.
- Seek opportunities to improve performance and effectiveness across business areas and functions, ensuring visibility to strategic priorities.
- Drive new tools adoption and readiness organisation‑wide, developing learning and adaptability to build a culture of continuous innovation.
- Develop and facilitate portfolio management practices, identify and manage risks.
- Maintain and communicate consolidated and prioritised development portfolio pipeline and metrics.
Who You Are
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree.
- Great track record in stakeholder management, change management and project management.
- Proven track record in establishing PMOs.
- Understand how development of processes, tools and technical architectures come together to enable synergy creation and digitalisation.
- Innovative leader and frontrunner.
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, communication, influencing and issue resolution.
- Creative thinker with a visual mindset, logical approach and strong social skills.
- Familiar with the latest project management tools.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Additional Information
Position is located in UPM Business HUB Wroclaw, Poland. The position holder will report to the Director, UPM Business Hub Wroclaw. We offer a hybrid working model.
