For our Client we are looking for experienced Value Enablement Office Governance Manager (PMO Manager).

• Location: 100% remote work (you must be located in Poland, possible travels to Cracow 1x/month)
• Form of cooperation: B2B contract via Hays
• Rate: 150-190 pln/h net + vat (depends on experience, negotiable)

• Minimum 7 years of experience as manager (PMO) in big, international projects
• Good understanding of Project management methodologies – waterfall and agile
• English – minimum C1 level
• Experience in running PMO type of processes across a large group of Project managers
• Good understanding of PowerBI capabilities
• Tech savvy 
• Bachelor39s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

• Oversee some key processes within the Value Enablement office: project approval gates, project baselining, go-live readiness
• Work with the Project Managers on quality reporting on the project progress (via PPO tool)
• Ensure relevant data flows to PowerBi dashboards
• Work with the PowerBi developers on system changes and alignment to reporting tool
• Create materials for trainings on Value Enablement Office governance & processes
• Conduct the trainings where possible
• Serve as an Subject Matter expert on portfolio management tool used for reporting (PPO)
• Building & maintaining a knowledge hub for Project Managers
• Create and run audits of the Reporting tool, execute on the findings
• Conduct regular reviews of projects with project managers where data in the system requires cleaning
