Position overview

We’re looking for a PMO Lead with a consulting mindset: structured, analytical, commercially sharp, and able to turn complex data into clear decisions. This is not an administrative PMO role — it’s a problem-solving and delivery position at the heart of our strategic change agenda.

What youll be doing

  • Lead the PMO for key initiatives — setting governance, performance frameworks, and reporting that drive accountability and results.
  • Use data and analysis to identify insights, trends, and dependencies across programmes, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs, partnering with finance and operations to track progress, cost, and value delivery.
  • Challenge and support senior leaders, helping them navigate complexity, prioritise effectively, and focus on outcomes.
  • Enable transformation at scale by embedding consistent project management and performance disciplines across teams.
  • Shape continuous improvement — simplifying processes, automating reporting, and championing a data-driven culture.

What were looking for

  • Strong operational planning and business management skills.
  • Experience managing and controlling budgets, resources, and funding, with solid financial acumen.
  • Proven success leading teams or multiple workstreams within complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated people and change leadership, with the ability to inspire and mobilise diverse teams.
  • Background in top-tier consulting or transformation (e.g. Associate, Engagement Manager, or internal strategy role).
  • Professional qualification or relevant degree, plus substantial experience in project or programme delivery.
  • Broad understanding of Procurement or cross-functional operations and how they interact to drive value.
  • Proven record of developing innovative, data-driven solutions and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills; able to challenge and engage senior stakeholders constructively.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, and how they influence project decisions.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability, with a bias for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Fluent in Excel/Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and visualisation.
  • Natural curiosity, intellectual rigour, and the drive to turn insight into measurable impact.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Please apply by submitting your resume/CV.

At Hunter Douglas, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence. We offer a supportive environment for professional growth, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
