responsibilities :
Leverage collaborative relationships with project and resource managers, monitoring their portfolios and escalating as needed to ensure projects are delivered in scope, on time, within budget and as per the agreed benefits
Work directly with PMO colleagues and project/resource managers to ensure the project/resource managers have the information needed to properly manage and deliver per plans:
Provide guidance regarding timely, accurate adherence to consistent practices/standards, including proper use of the PPM tool and related tools/artifacts
Using our project portfolio management tool (PPM) and related sources, regularly review projects to ensure they are accurately reflected, and with the relevant information, approvals and documentation
Monitor and highlight project risks, issues and financials and recommend action/escalate as appropriate
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, including facilitation of internal customer feedback, lessons learned, trend analysis and recommendation and facilitation of proposed process changes
Contribute to creation and improvement of standard training and reference materials
Respond appropriately to internal customer enquiries
You will report to a PMO Manager in another AXA XL location
At times you may be asked to adjust your hours to support/collaborate across global time zones
requirements-expected :
University degree or relevant experience
Fluency in English is a must (at least C1 level)
Computer literate including Microsoft Office Package with advanced Excel skills
Project /portfolio management experience, or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving skills and detail orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills and ability to collaborate
Customer First mindset
Outstanding standard process-orientation, with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to recommending exceptions where it makes business sense
