We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:

PMO IT Assurance with French

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Portfolio major Risks, Issues and Dependencies data is captured, documented and maintained.
2. Preparing portfolio update reports, quality procedures, audits, status reports where required.
3. Seek to influence within and outside of the team and successfully encourage teams to work together.
4. Able to work to challenging timescales and deliver at pace and able to manage expectations of key stakeholders.
5. Have excellent communication skills and can articulate complex project planning challenges to help drive portfolio/programmes teams towards solutions.
6. Have a good understanding of Portfolio/Project Management frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements:

1. Good understanding of Portfolio/Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques.
2. An understanding of CA Clarity & Open Workbench.
3. Good grasp of SharePoint site design and administration.
4. Good grasp of JIRA and Confluence site design and administration.
5. Excellent organisational skills.
6. Ability to multitask and work towards deadlines.
7. Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills.
8. Good communication and writing skills.
