responsibilities :
Collecting and analyzing data to define project metrics and key performance indicators
Creating and delivering Management Information (MI) reports for stakeholders
Managing recruitment logistics and supporting human resources processes
Overseeing project financials, including budget tracking and reporting
Coordinating vendor management activities and maintaining effective communication with partners
Supporting logistics and ensuring smooth execution of project objectives
Assisting in process improvement initiatives and identifying efficiency opportunities
Working closely with the Delivery Head and Project Manager on ad-hoc tasks
Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reporting activities
Contributing to effective communication strategies across global project teams
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in project management support or a PMO role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
Expertise in creating and maintaining Management Information (MI) reports
Experience with budget management and financial tracking
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across global teams
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
