Support Program Management Office in leading transformation projects across various industry sectors and with multiple geography involved
Conduct presentations and workshops, present results and actively help shape solutions for our clients
Ensure proper communication
Work closely with stakeholders
Gather requirements, define scope, identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies
Develop mechanisms to track performance and value realization on investment
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years proven project/product management and/or consultancy background
Fluent English and German, other languages are a plus
Ability to translate complex technical aspects into business language
Passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand, assimilate, and translate different points of view
Team-player attitude with extensive communications skills appreciating international client-facing activities (travelling across Europe might be required)
Comfortable working in complex, continuously moving environment with confidence and minimum guidance
At least 1 year’ experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or any other project management tools, including dashboards development
Experience working with Waterfall and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/XP), any Scrum related certification is a plus
Ability to gather, understand and define clearly business requirements
Expertise in at least one business domain (banking, finance, automotive, manufacturing, life science, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
