For a pharmaceutical company were looking for an experienced PMO to provide an operational backbone for a 50-person Compliance organizational unit to design workflows, tracking objectives, and ensuring that the units growth and targets are met with data-driven precision

• Minimum 3+ years in roles such as PMO/Scrum Master/Organizational Change Manager
• Minimum 3+ years in high-level operational roles within IT or Compliance
• Experience in Compliance tasks i.e. licence management, open source licence management, compliance tasks combining technological and legal aspects
  
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet/Excel and data visualization tools  for tracking compliance metrics
• Proven track record of taking an "unstructured" group and turning it into a structured, measurable unit
