Tasks
- Support schedule and plan management, identifying and monitoring internal and external dependencies and milestones for successful delivery of change deployment.
- Support the definition and operation of Business Incentive Change Governance initiative, providing oversight across global markets.
- Act as secretariat for governance meetings, including finalising agendas, driving meetings, circulating minutes, and following up on actions to closure.
- Design and manage delivery dashboards and MI for insightful visualization to support decision‑making, ensuring data accuracy and up‑to‑date status reporting for all key parameters via standard tools.
- Define and operate portfolio control monitoring activities that ensure quality and adherence to standards, including compliance with Change Frameworks, Functional Instruction Manuals, SAFE, AGILE, etc.
- Understand and advocate design thinking and its application throughout the change ideation and delivery lifecycle.
- Apply a customer‑centric approach by identifying change impacts across the organization and preparing/supporting individuals and teams to seamlessly adopt the change.
Secondment Objectives
- Support senior lead in managing the implementation of a new Business Incentive model across in‑scope markets.
- Specifically, this includes:
- Market readiness assessment – gap analysis
- Market readiness facilitation – lead closing of market gaps
- Oversight of market implementation and change embedding
Requirements
- Extensive experience in PM, BA, or PMO roles with similar responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, change management principles, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and manage dashboards and reporting tools for effective decision‑making.
- Familiarity with design thinking and customer‑centric approaches to change delivery.
