YOU WILL

Prepare Market Start Forms (MSF) in line with the requirements of Regional and Main Product Committees, ensuring compliance for conventional products (cigarettes).

Ensure understanding and correct application of BPWATTS processes/tools within project delivery.

Track and monitor projects across all stages, maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders in different markets.

Provide regular updates and status reporting to committees and management.

Support decision-making by ensuring all documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time.

YOU NEED

Proven experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in FMCG, regulated industries, or product launch environments.

Knowledge of project lifecycle management tools/processes (experience with BPWATTS or similar frameworks is a strong plus).

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Fluency in English (Nordic language skills are an advantage).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
