Job Description:

AXA XL is one of the leading companies in the insurance and reinsurance market. We are currently looking for eager and passionate candidates to join our growing family.

DISCOVER your opportunity

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Ensure that Project Financials are correctly recorded in the Portfolio Management Tool, using data from the General Ledger as the single source of truth. The next step will be to map the data and manually upload it to the Portfolio Management Tool. Once you understand the data mapping, you will work on a project to automate the data feed.
  • Contribute to a culture of end-to-end continuous improvement: facilitate review of internal customer feedback, external best practices, trend analysis, and recommend proposed process changes, working collaboratively with the Hub PMO to ensure consistency across the AXA XL Change Portfolio. Collaborate with other functions, including technology, data, financial, and procurement, to ensure end-to-end processes are fit for purpose, reasonable, functioning, and followed.

You will report to a PMO Manager in another AXA XL location. At times, you may be asked to adjust your hours to support/collaborate across global time zones.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • University degree or higher
  • Fluency in English is a must (at least C1 level)
  • Experience working in a PMO or Project Management environment
  • Previous experience with project/portfolio management tools
  • Knowledge of Accounting, including Accruals and Capitalization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills with an ability to collaborate and work independently at home, in the local office, or another AXA XL office
  • Proven detailed orientation, coordination, organization, and facilitation skills, with a proclivity toward consistency and simplicity
  • A self-starter with an inquisitive mind
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Package, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

The person we are looking for may also have these abilities and skills:

  • Experience working at AXA XL
